The cheese bag arrived in good condition, however, it did not come in a cellophane bag or with any general instructions as regards care. As I bought this as a gift this would have been appreciated

The area to select you preferred packaging is listed on each product page immediately under the quantity selector, and above the add to cart button, specifically so it will be seen clearly by customers. Waste reduction is a core focus for us, hence ‘no label’ being our default option, and more than 90% of our customers do choose this option.
